You are invited to a Day of Compassion and Forgiveness. We will spend the day moving through mindfulness practices of: sitting and walking, as well as movement/ Chi Gong and mindful eating/lunch, all in the spirit of cultivating compassion and forgiveness for self and others. We will also be setting intentions of kindness, compassion and forgiveness as we enter into this New Year.
PLEASE BRING: Your Lunch, Water, Meditation Gear, Yoga Mat or Towel, Hat, Shawl.
COST: SLIDING SCALE: $75 - $100
LOCATION: Home in Santa Monica, CA (The retreat will be both indoors and outdoors)
