A program for deepening your mindfulness practice

This course is an opportunity to continue developing your mindfulness practice. And if you aren’t practicing right now and want to, this could be a good time to renew your efforts in a supportive environment. This practice is crucially important, particularly if you’re feeling stressed, more reactive and less responsive. We know that meditation helps us in many ways. Research shows that mindfulness practice actually changes the brain and in turn helps productivity, clarity, appreciation and compassion for each other…and for ourselves.

9:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Morning at the beach and afternoon in SM)

You are invited to a Day of Compassion and Forgiveness. We will spend the day moving through mindfulness practices of: sitting and walking, as well as movement/ Chi Gong and mindful eating/lunch, all in the spirit of cultivating compassion and forgiveness for self and others. We will also be setting intentions of kindness, compassion and forgiveness as we enter into this New Year.

​PLEASE BRING:  Your Lunch, Water, Meditation Gear, Yoga Mat or Towel, Hat, Shawl.

​COST:  SLIDING SCALE:  $60 - $125

LOCATION:  Santa Monica, CA (The retreat will be both indoors and outdoors)
