This course is an opportunity to continue developing your mindfulness practice. And if you aren’t practicing right now and want to, this could be a good time to renew your efforts in a supportive environment. This practice is crucially important, particularly if you’re feeling stressed, more reactive and less responsive. We know that meditation helps us in many ways. Research shows that mindfulness practice actually changes the brain and in turn helps us feel better physically and emotionally, bringing out our creativity, productivity, clarity, appreciation and compassion for each other… and for ourselves.
The meditations taught in class are derived from ancient wisdom traditions specifically for cultivating positive emotions.
This course is for people who have completed a basic mindfulness training.
